Channel Ridge Properties congratulates Citta Group on their 2006 Gold CARE Awards. This prestigious award is presented by the Canadian Home Builder's Association and recognizes Construction Achievements and Renovations of Excellence. Citta won in three categories:

· Best Customer Service
· Best Residential Interior 2,000 - 3,000 square feet
· Best Residential Renovation over $300,000
